New publication by UNIVPM in Physica B: Condensed Matter

The UNIVPM team has just published a journal article in Physica B: Condensed Matter about their work on the asymmetric behaviour of charge transport in the geometric diodes designed in the GreEnergy project.

In brief, they have developed a full-wave Time-Dependent Schrödinger Equation (TDSE) approach to model coherent transport in a two-dimensional geometric diode, which can be used to optimize diodes performance.
